PINGORA
Service terms
For businesses using Pingora and guests viewing their order status. Version dated 26 October 2026.
1. Operator and scope
Pingora is operated by Salah Gharabli in Norway. Contact hello@pingora.online for service questions, account requests or complaints. These terms describe the current browser-based number-calling and pickup service. The venue remains responsible for its own sale, appointment or service to its customer.
2. Business accounts
Create an account only if you are authorised to act for the venue. Provide accurate details, keep credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the staff you allow to use your workspace. Guests do not need a business account or to provide their phone number to view order status.
3. Trial, plans and payment
The 14-day trial starts after email verification. No payment card is required, and the trial does not create an automatic charge. After trial expiry, creating new orders pauses; existing orders can still be completed. Basic and Plus include the features shown for the selected plan. Plus includes display software, with hardware supplied by the venue. Online subscription payment is not connected at present. Any paid activation must have clear price, billing period, applicable taxes and cancellation terms presented and agreed separately before payment; a displayed price or trial signup alone does not authorise a charge.
4. Notification and availability limits
Pingora needs an internet connection and compatible devices. Page audio requires activation and an active browser page. Background notifications need a supported browser, explicit permission and the relevant device setup; iPhone needs a Home Screen web app. Delivery, timing, visibility and sound are not guaranteed for every device or situation. Outages and maintenance can interrupt service. There is no continuous-availability or emergency-response service level promised here. Test your devices and keep an alternative calling routine.
5. Venue responsibilities
Your team enters the number, chooses when to call, verifies the handover and marks the order complete. Alert acknowledgement is not proof of collection, identity or payment. Pingora does not automatically choose queue priority, predict waiting time or manage appointments. POS, medical-record and banking integrations, food payments and SMS are not included in the current service. Do not use Pingora as a medical, emergency or safety-critical alert system.
6. Acceptable use and private links
Use the service lawfully and only for numbers and information you are authorised to handle. Do not spam guests, attempt to access another venue, guess private order links, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Share an order QR only with the intended guest. Do not put passwords, payment details, patient information or other sensitive personal information in numbers, slides or guest-facing text. Only upload logos, photos and content you have permission to use. You keep your rights to your content and permit its processing and display as needed to provide the service.
7. Data and privacy
The website privacy notice explains marketing-site processing and optional analytics. The venue must assess the personal data it enters and the legal requirements for its own use. If your workflow needs processing of personal data on your behalf, agree the necessary data-processing arrangements with us before that use. These terms do not replace a required data-processing agreement or establish suitability for regulated data. Do not treat a temporary order page as a permanent business record.
8. Stopping use and account requests
You may stop using the trial without a charge. Contact hello@pingora.online from your registered email address to request account closure or deletion; we may need to verify the request before making account changes. Removing a Home Screen icon or turning off notifications does not close a venue account. Any separately agreed paid arrangement has its own disclosed cancellation and refund conditions. Access may need to be restricted to protect the service from misuse or a security incident.
9. Reviews and external services
Google review invitations are optional. The venue supplies its own review link and the guest chooses whether to open it. Pingora does not publish reviews for guests or promise ratings. External websites, browsers and notification platforms have their own terms and settings.
10. Support and applicable rights
Report a problem or complaint to hello@pingora.online with your venue name, device and browser, avoiding passwords and private guest links. We do not promise a fixed response time here. Nothing on this page removes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. If you need a specific contractual commitment, contact us before relying on it.
