Does the customer need an app?
No. The card opens in the browser. They can also add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet where available.
How does staff add a stamp?
Scan the card QR or type the 8-digit code under the card, choose the program and the number of items.
Can we run more than one program?
Yes, up to 12. For example coffee and lunch, each with its own target and reward.
What if a customer changes phone?
Their card is linked to the membership, not the phone. Contact us and we help move it.
Is Loyalty connected to our till?
No. Stamps are added by your team. There is no connection to your accounting or POS.
